The communication skills between my 15 year old daughter and me were poor; we chronically misunderstood each other. I found that this course offered Kate and me a lifeline—showing us that we mattered incredibly to each other. TLC allowed us to see each other as people, respecting who we are as individuals and accepting who we are trying to be.
